Hi Pasumpon,

You can use this FM SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1. If its ok with the business you can send Sender data in the attachment. This FM allows you to send an attachment to multiple receivers.

Hope this helps!

Hi Pasumpon,

In that case you will have to use an FM to get the User's Name (USR01-BNAME) from the User ID (SY-UNAME) and then pass this in the attachment. There are some FMs which may be helpful but most of them are not released.

Just as try you can check out :

SUSR_USER_ADDRESS_READ

SUSR_SHOW_USER_DETAILS

But its better to use a released one so maybe you can look out how to get a relation between User's Name and SY-UNAME.

Will let you know if I get hold of any.
