Error Load_Type_Version_mismatch after enhancing benefit infotype

Hi Experts,

Added a new field in benefits infotype(167), added the fields in the structure CI_P0167 activated the structure and screen and assigned to screen also. After enhancing this infotype gets below error.

Syntax error in program SAPLHRBEN00FEATURE - while creating & displaying infotype 167, 171.
Load_Type_Version_mismatch - While executing payroll driver, time evalution and all bnefit related reports.

Solutions tried.

Deleted enhancemet - still same error as mentioned above

Re-created and activated all tables screens. - still same error as mentioned above

kindly provide some solutions to overcome this..

cleared the buffer and restarted the server.

Yes try to refresh the buffer, ok_code /$SYNC (from Note 26171 - Possible entry values for command field ("OK-code").)

You can also call SGEN transaction to regenerate all invalid loads.
