BAPI BDS_BUSINESSDOCUMENT_CREATEF RFC Call

Hi Experts,

I want to upload attachments to different SAP documents via BAPI BDS_BUSINESSDOCUMENT_CREATEF.
The BAPI should be called via RFC from PI.

Manual run of the function is working fine. I have uploaded several txt-files to an invoice for example:

But when I try to run the BAPI via RFC it stuck in one of the subprocedures of BAPI.
I have set an external breakpoint in the BAPI function.
Result of debugging was, that the procedure always stopped at this point:
When procedure is trying to call the function "RCF_START_PROGRAMM" there comes the sandglass...

Does anybody have an idea or workaround for this?

I have just checked Note 1279775 - but didn't found any helpful hint in it.

There is only a description of that error, but no fix to deploy.
