Question about statement SYNTAX-CHECK Internal Additions

Hi everyone,

recently i am doing something about metrics. Some metrics are related to local variable which are defined in methoden.

the statement Syntax-Check executes a syntax check for the program and write information in various kinds of tables with addition ID id TABLE idt .

The identifier id controls the type of information that is written to the corresponding table. The identifier are in type group SLIN and SYNT.

But there are only the Identifier, i am looking for the interpretation of Identifier.

If anybody know the interpretation, kindly share with me.

hello,

The things that you are trying to research (I hope so, since you cannot use them as they are for internal use only) are internal to SAP and won't be ofund inside. Why do you need these ?

Thanks for your reply.

Now I am doing some staff about code maintenance with metrics.

Some metric (e.g. Fan-in, coupling metrics) need the information about local variables in methods.

An prototype is already implement which have to scann code pro statement. The efficiency is not good.

I am looking for a better solution.
