Enqueue & Dequeue for Production Order and Operation No

Dear All,

There is a scenario where in i want to lock the Prod Order and Operation No when 2 persons

try to open the same Prod No and Op No at a time.

i tried using the "ENQUEUE_ESORDER" but this works only for Production Order and Operation No.

Can anyone help me on this.

So what's the problem? You want to lock based on prod no. and op no. and that's what the FM works for.

Sorry it was a type error

I tried using the "ENQUEUE_ESORDER" but this works only for Production Order and not for Operation No.

I want the combination.

Lock Object ESORDER will Lock only AUFNR. You can check that in the Lock parameter Tab of the lock Object ESORDER in SE11. Hope this helps.

You need to fit another Lock on Operation No. Tell me the field name so that lets see if I can help you.

ESORDER has only AUFNR as the Lock Object

I am look at the combination of the below :-

Order No: afko-aufnr &

Op No : afvc-vornr

I have not seen any operation(vornr) related lock object, even standard tcode CO02 is not locking at operation level CO02 is locking entry with these lock objects :

ESORDER : To lock production order(AUFK Table)

EMEBANE : To lock purchanse requisition created for related operation(EBAN table)

EMRKPF : To lock reservation data (RKPF)

So There might be system is not checking lock object for operation level it is checking at order level only, but still if your requirement is custom you can use lock object ECN_ACT.

This will lock the table AFVC from function module : ENQUEUE_ECN_ACT, but you need to get AUFPL/APLZL entry from AFVC table by passing VORNR(Operation number) to use this lock object.

If you need the Combination better you can create your own lock object.

else you can use ESORDER and ECN_ACT one after the other immediately.
