      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Pawan,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What do you mean by existing templates in SMART Forms? I don't think there are any predefine templates as such.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will have to configure your TEMPLETE nodes, if that is what you mean.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ravi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Note :Please mark the helpful answers&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
