IDOC failure notification

Hi,

I have done some searching but cannot find a suitable answer.

The situation is that I have a message type HRMD_A in my partner profile (WE20) and this has to be set up in such a way that a particular manager gets notified when the inbound idoc fails. I assume there must be some pretty straight forward standard way to do this.

Within the partner profile I have tried to create this i.e. double clicking on inbound message type HRMD_A, then on the tab 'Post processing: permitted agent' entering a valid person. This does not appear to work i.e. the persons inbox remains empty?

Any advice greatly appreciated.
