Cannot Activate BADI Implementation due to Class Warnings

I have implemented a BADI in our SAP Payment Engine module. I have activated the class, but when I try to activate the actual BADI implementation, I get a message "Implementing class <Class Name Here> of BAdI implementation <BAdI Implemenation Name Here> contains warnings." and the implemenation will not activate. I have looked at the class warnings and nothing stands out as being problematic. I have experienced this problem before and I basically ended up creating the implemenation, immediately activating the auto-generated class, activating the implementation and then writing the source code and activating the class. Anyonce else experience this issue with a classic BAdI?

do you have implemented the enhancement spot that is the container of your BADI ?

Did you try commenting the code in the implementation class, activating the implementation and then uncommenting the code and activating the class?

Hi Khalid,

I'm having this issue with a Classic BAdI, not with a new BAdI based on an Enhancement Spot. I'm not sure if your question applies in this case.

You mean to say even when you commented the code in the implementation class and tried activating the BAdI implementation, you still got the message saying "warnings in implementation class"?

Exactly. Very strange no? When I recreated the implementation and class (with new names), I deleted the ones that were causing problems. I wish I hadn't now so I could post screen shots.
