Using this we can configure the SCOT as per the note 455140 . The problem raised now for configuring the same is we need to open the relay for the communication between SAP and Exchange server . Is the relay opening is required mandatorily . Is their any authentication process in SAP . Our excahnge server is in cloud environment so they said they cannot open the relay . Does the SMTP configuration be done only with the internal mail server .
