BAPI behind ADRC table (customer address)?

I am having problems finding what exact BAPI is behind ADRC table (customer address)?

Did you try BAPI_CUSTOMER_GETDETAIL2? Are you looking for any specific field?

BAPI_CUSTOMER_GETLIST returns address data.

I would like to pull data for columns NAME1 and NAME2 from ADRC table and that is whay I need it.

Why would you want to pull the NAME1 and NAME2 from ADRC whereas they are already available in KNA1 for a customer? I am not sure if I am missing a point here. Most of the BAPIs are written to select the address from KNA1 only. May be that explains that we both are not able to find suitable BAPI to fetch the data from ADRC. It may not be required. If you still need it I would suggest to write a simple RFC function module for your purpose.

The BAPI I have mentioned in my first post fetches the data from KNA1 BAPI_CUSTOMER_GETDETAIL2. Also as Amy mentioned you can use that BAPI if you want to fetch information about more than one customers together.

Try this Function Module 'ADDR_GET' and if you pass Address Number.

You will get the address details.

Hi Sam,

In SE37, do a search for BAPI*CUST* and you'll see the available BAPIs for Customers. If all you need is KNA1-NAME1 and KNA1-NAME2, reading directly from KNA1 may be faster than a BAPI call since the BAPI will be reading a lot more data than just NAME1 and NAME2.
