Converting to EXCEL technique using XML or OLE

I need to convert SAP data in to EXCEL and also upload Excel data in to SAP , as I am having huge SAP data , I need to make the program more faster

and performance oreiented.

can anyone suggest me which method is best among XML or OLE or is there any new method in SAP which is more performance oriented.

Hi,

why not tap on existing SAP feature

All you need to do it to output in ALV list and then manually output it to excel sheet.

If you need to convert SAP to excel, I supposed you would have to do it online.

if it is massive, I suppose it would be better to output it on the application server instead of desktop.
