Intergrated ITS - Pop up issue

Hello Experts,

I am running ALV reports through ITS. During which, on the selection screen if a user opens a pop up (for F4 help or to select Variant), it shows the same selection screen in the pop up, instead of F4 selection or variant selection screen and we cannot kill the pop up. I checked several settings, but could not find anything related to this.

Many users are getting affected by this. Please help !

Hi Tejas,

What is your BASIS and Kernel of the Web AS you are using? Presume you are calling the ALV report using the ITS -> WEBGUI service?

What is the transaction being called here?

FYI: For ITS/WEBGUI issues - the following SCN Community is useful.

Hi Tejas,

Add Parameter ~POPUPS with value 1 in Service Parameters (Tcode: SICF --> Double click on Service name --> Service data Tab --> GUI configuration Push button).

By doing so, Pop-ups will be displayed in separate screen.
