Menu Bar option disabled while doing BDC

Hi all,

I had a requirement to mass update key date field (RMQEA - STICHTAG) in Inspection Specification tab of QA02 (Change inspection lot) transaction.I tried BAPI's and function module to do this.Atlast i tried doing this with BDC and started recording the transaction QA02, where i want to record the menu option Inspection lot - Special changes - Reset Sample.In this Reset Sample option is disabled only while recording, the same is enable when doing manually.Give me any suggestions to overcome with this and also help me with any BAPI to do the mass updation of key date field.

Note: I had already tried with all the available BAPI's for inspection lot.

Hi BD,

This is just a suggestion.

I am not sure whether it will work for you or not. Because just for a BDC changing the standard program will not be recommended.

If you have tried all the BAPI's of inspection lot then suggesting names here will be of no use.

This is what I found when you are recording the transaction QA02

If sy-calld will not be X the menu items will show.

This is the point where it is disabling the menu bar items.
