    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Experts,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a requirement like where i need to attach an AL11 file in to a workflow user decision. I think file on application server must be in &lt;STRONG&gt;.txt&lt;/STRONG&gt; format so i am searching how to convert that Al11 file in to PDF format so that i can attach it in workflow or is there any other way aorund to achieve it ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please suggest me the ways to achieve this requirement.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Deepak.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you say "Attach it in Workflow" what functionality do you need tied to that attachment? Does the user need to download it at some point? Do they need to display it in SAP? Do they need to print it in SAP?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Assuming it is a .txt file, you could just load the file contents into a container field using READ DATASET, and then do whatever you need to do with it later on. If you need to print it, send the file contents to a spool. If the user needs to download it, use CL_GUI_FRONTEND_SERVICES=&amp;gt;GUI_DOWNLOAD to send the file contents to the presentation server.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
