Hi all..

I have Issue in Select option.

Actuall WBS elemnt Visisble length is 24 char.

While i use this into select option only 18 char only displyed. but want's disply full length in selelction screen.

Actually i chaged into screen level visible lenth .. workign fine in Development while moving Quality Actualll 18 char only displyed.

Please give me the solution for Disply full lenth in selection screen.

SELECT-OPTIONS: s_wbs FOR prps-posid .

Hi Prabu,

Info from F1 help of SELECT-OPTIONS:

The maximum visible length of the input fields is, depending on the nesting depth, in blocks with frames between 10 and 18. If the length is larger than the maximum visible length, then the content is scrollable.

data: var(20) type c.

select-options: s_var for var.

Hi,

AFAIK you won't be able to achieve this with a select-option... You could use two parameters instead but you will need to implement the "extension" option by yourself (with help of FM COMPLEX_SELECTIONS_DIALOG)...

Or you could also use the class CL_DD_DOCUMENT and use input elements (check report DD_ADD_FORM_INPUT for example).

Hi Prabhu,

If you want to use only Select-options than you need to change at screen level I mean as you did in dev.

But as son as you will regenerate the screen or do any changes in report the changes will be reverted.

You can use Parameters here and you will see full length

Parameters : p_psid Type PS_POSID.
