    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;hello srivijay,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you are geting the message Status not defined for document type CGR. becaus the status to which you are changing for document type CGR is not defined in customisation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;in spro transaction,cross apllication component,document management,general data,define document types,on selecting the particular document type,you can see the statuses maintained for the document type.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;on double clicking&amp;nbsp; a particular status,you can see from which all status it can come to the defined status.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if that statuses are not maintained ,it will throw this message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <title>status not defined for document type CGR</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am not able to upload document type CGR with status AP(approve) or PR(pre release) as its showing error as Status not defined for document type CGR.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But its working fine with document types DR(draft) and RL (release). Can anybody tell me why this error is coming and is there any solution for.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Srivijay&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
