Function and Risks download

Hello together,

we want to download the complete functions and Risks to excel so that we can use this files for selecting the transactions and authorisation objects.

But at the moment i do not know how we can do that.

I tried it over the NWBC - but their you can only get the header information like description and so on.

Is their any table in the ABAP which we can use for that?

I hope you can help us.

Hello Sebastian,

you can use program GRAC_DOWNLOAD_RULES.

Functionality can be also found in SPRO Governance, Risk and Compliance -> Access Control -> Access Risk Analysis -> SoD rules -> Download SoD Rules. Program exports 9 files which content definitons.

Hello Igor,

i think this is the report for uploading the data, isnt it?

We are useing at the moment SP4 - so maybe this is a functionality in a higher release?

When i start spro and the path i only see the following things:

Upload SOD Rules

Generate SOD Rules

Delete SOD Rules

Transport SOD Rules

But not the Option you have said.

this option has been added in SP06.

Check note Note 1610073 - Download Rules.

Dear Igor,

sorry for delay... I tried it but at the moment it is not possible for us to implement this note - we are planning the patching of the SP.

But this will take time so it is in the next months not possible to implement a note.

Do you know if this informations are also be in some tables which i can use?
