Cannot import certificate response

Hi,

We have installed SAP cryptographic libraries (SSFLIB Version 1.555.34 ; SAPCRYPTOLIB V 5.5. ).

Set the required instance profile parameters. Later we generated the CSR and sent to verisign.

While importing the certificate response in STRUST we are constantly getting the error message "Cannot import certificate response".

Kindly suggest.

Hello ,

Could you please let us know the error in smicm trace or dev_ism trace. Please try both the formats while importing certificate ...one is binary and other is base64.
