    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sounds like your ESS role is not correctly (or at all...) defined for authorirzations via P_PERNR.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will need to provide more information if you want opinions.       <title>HR Structural authorization question</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dear friends:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; We have some cases where employees get delimited their record in table T77UA, since they are no longer granted to supervision role for example. Then all of a sudden they can not see even their own data in the ESS... do you have any experience on this? how we could work these kind of cases?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you very much!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
