The import process should be ignore it . So , I don't need set exclude table for this table. In our system. some table increase large. but I don't need export /import it ( like EDI40.) . So , I want found solution to ignore those table.

Dear All

I try to exclude some table via RSCCEXPT in SCC8 expert setting.

For example The cluster table EDI40 and EDIDC.

But , When I complete setting. I try to export dump file from my system.

After dump file complete. I check RT and RX log. The table still export.

and , I try import this dump via SCC7.

The table exactly exist and import to target system.

So . The exclude setting not effect after I modify and configuration.

I am confuse, what wrong about RSCCEXPT setting?

Hi ,

I'm not very sure but with a quick look in the report documentation it states :

"You can activate special client copy copy options and exclude tables from the copy.

Tables which you put in the exclusion list are ignored by the client copy, i.e. neither copied nor deleted. (An exception is the exclusion of a table in the source system of a remote copy. This exclusion is only active if the table does not exist in the target system.) "

So, since EDI40 and EDIDC are standard in both systems, the exclusion will not work.

Regards.
