Inconsistent SSO Logon issues

Hi -

We are implementing SSO between our CRM Web UI and our BW system. We have gotten it to work for some users; however. other users are prompted still to login with their credentials. Looking at the traces in Netweaver administrator, this is what I see:

The crazy thing is, this cert refers to our QA and not our development system (which is where we ran this test). Both the Netweaver administrator and the STRUSTSSO2 transaction (on the ABAP) side show no reference to this cert whatsoever.

Where could this reference be coming from?

FYI, in case this helps anyone else - clearing the cookies from the user's browser resolved the issue

Hi,

SSO cookies are non-persistent. Hence just restarting your browser should do the job.
