Hi,

Well, if you want to join some PDF files which are already available, you should use what Clemens has suggested(Hoping you have authority to run OS commands).

If you are having say some PDF's downloaded from spools, you can try joining the OTF or ALI format to create a combined PDF.

As Dirk had said, I dont think you will be able to figure out the starting and ending sequence of a PDF and combine them afterwards unless you have some expertise in that area.

Let us know exactly what you are looking for.

Thanks,

Shambu

Honest answer? I don't see a chance to do this without 3rd party tools.

Or do you know the inner structure of a PDF-document?

In this case you could convert the pdfs into xstring and delete the start-of-pdf-bytes / end-of-pdf-bytes ( or what ever is there to mark beginning and end of a document ), and then concatenate the xtrings into one and store this again as pdf-file.

- But IMHO that's theory .

Is there really no chance to use tools?

Regards,

Dirk
