Vendor changes: Changed Fields

Hello,

I have a custom tab in trasactions MK02 and MK03 and some custom fields. Some fields are added in an append structure in table LFA1, some in LFM1.

The problem is that when I change some custom fields added in LFA1, I can not see the modifications in Environment->Account changes->All fields.

Has anyone encountered the problem?
