Custom Button for Parameter Transaction - SM30

Hello Everyone,

I've created a parameter transaction to add entries to a Z Table through tx SM30.

Having done that, I need to add a custom button to display an update log. I already modified the technical settings for the table itself in SE11, but still I haven't found a way to add the 'update log' button to the transaction. Any suggestions on how I can do that?

Hi,

There is already option for the change log in SM30 which can be used in your case.

And even if you want to add, SM30 is basically MPP screen.

You can go to the Funtion group and then see if you can add any button or not.

Funtion group will be Z funtion group of the table.

I am not quite sure abt this solution but you can give a try.

Hi Juan Merlo Romero,

When you have created the Table Maintenance Generator of your Z table, you must have provided the function group.

Open that function group on SE80 and go to the function group.

Then find the screen for your own Z table (you can easily guess from the short description of screen.

Now you can do any type of modification on this screen like adding button, validations, and os on..
