How to debug the tcode f.27

Hi,

I need to debug the tocde f.27.

Issue:

f.27 gives the account statemnt for a customer.

the statement contains all chinese fonts.

but there is just one word in english.

i need to find why and how this one word is coming is english.

I understand there is this issue with translation.

where and how to find that please guide.

Hi,

There is little bit of settings needed both at windows as well SAP side.

Windows->Settings>Control Panel>Regional and Language Option>Language Tick both the checkboxes over there.

SAP->Customizing of local layout[nothing but last button of the toolbar at sap screen->Option--->I18N (Activate Multibyte Function Support)

And then try to logon in SAP and use your

transaction.

Hi Surya,

How your customer statement is getting printed. There must be a samrtform behind that... Find out the smartform and check inside the smartform. You must have missed a translation of the some Text module.

Or the English text must be coming as a some sort of selection from some table..

You will need to do the backtracing from the Smartform

Hi thanks for your replies.

I am trying to find the smarform./script attached to the tcode f.27.

but unable to find it in runtime cuz am not able to get this to debug.

Scirpts from Standard T Codes are usually linked to

1.Output types -NACE for SD/MM or

2. CORRESPONDENCE settings in SPRO for FI.

Hello Surya,

If the intention is to find the form attached with the report, you may follow the below steps:

1. Find the report name being called. This can be found from the spool request generated.

2. You may goto SPRO and then F5. Search 'Correspondence' and then 'Assign form names to Correspondence '. With the report name, it will be easy to find the form name.

If you are not able to find the report name then in SPRO you may search with Company code but it may have several records. Alternatively, if you following naming standards, form name could be guessed from Report name as well.

Do let know if you could find out the form name now?

U can check it in the NACE transaction or TNAPR table for the corresponding program of Tcode

yes i was able to find hte form name via the spool number .thank you kumud.
