Problem with Recording TCode AC03

Hi ALL

There is a transaction 'AC03' to use store data of service master.

I want to upload the data of Service master. But the problem is when ever i am trying with Recording through LSMW or SHDB it is not showing the create button. Please give the solution for this .

Hi Prashanth,

why can't you switch to the BAPI <b>BAPI_ALM_ORDER_MAINTAIN</b> instead of BDC.

try that BAPI it is useful for your case.

Try out BAPI_SERVICE_CREATE.

I created a BI using AC01 through SHDB and it worked well.

It doesnt matter that the create button doesnt appear, just make ur record and clic on save button, it'll work fine. Do not worry about it.

U can do the same using AC03 or AC01.
