Commitment plan in purchase contract via BAPI or FM

Hello,

I am currently on a development where I need to create a purchase contract (as in ME31K) and add commitment plan to each item in my contract.

I have use the BAPI BAPI_CONTRACT_CREATE to create my contract successfully. However, I am unable to add the commitment plans.

I have tried via BDC, but without success.

I have not found any FM or BAPI.

I have tried to create fund reservation in FMX1 (Via BDC and Manually), but I can't find any way to connect the contract to the reservation.

Anyone having a solution for my problem?

Hello,

I have found the solution to the problem:

use FM FMFR_CREATE_FROM_DATA to create the commitment as in FMX1. See link below for explanation on how to use :

Then use FM MECP_CREATE_COMMITMENT_PAN to assign the created commitment to the contract item.

No need to perform BDC.
