RESTRICTING IT008 ACCESS:

Hi Gurus!
We have implemented Context authorization and I can't seem to figure out how to restrict HR Dept Staff from seeing each other's IT 0008. I want the user to see his own IT0008 and also be able to processs IT008 for employees outside the HR dept. ANY SUGGESTIONS?

2. What is preventing a user from seeing all PERNRS when he does does a wide search? The user can only see below 40000.

Hi Atta,

Can you please provide more details as to what structural profiles are assigned to the users and what values you have maintained in their role under object P_ORGINCON & P_PERNR? This will help us to get a better insight into the issue.

I hope you have already considered generation of the indices for structural authorization buferring via programs RHBAUS02 and RHBAUS00. If not, please do so and check again.
