Multiple Excel sheet as single attachment

Hi All,

My requirement is to send multi sheets excel(Workbook) as single attachment email to external id in Background.

Kindly help me in this .

My analysis what i found:

1. Multi Sheets excel can be created using OLE.

But OLE only works in Foreground.

2. Excel can be send using FM 'SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1'.

But i can send only single sheet excel.

Workaround which i found :

use XML but i can find flow i mean way to do so.

Kindly help me in this .
Excel created can be first save in Application server and than from server it will be send to user.
Don't know how but seems feasible.

Hi,

You can use call transformation and create xml file.This can be on application server and also can be sent as an attachment.

Hi Rajesh,

Thanks for your response ... But my doubt is " is it possible to create 14 sheets in single workbook and send as Single attachment in background" using this approach.

I have use one sample program where 1 sheet gets create and send as attachment jusing similar approach but i am not getting lin Queue error in SOST.
