try fm GRW_JOB_SUBMIT_PREPARE

CALL FUNCTION 'GRW_JOB_SUBMIT_PREPARE'
       EXPORTING
            i_report_group   = 'A123'
            i_program_type   = 'X'
            i_no_auto_import = 'X'
       IMPORTING
            e_subrc          = gen_subrc
            e_program_name   = program_name
       EXCEPTIONS
            OTHERS           = 4.

      SUBMIT (program_name) VIA SELECTION-SCREEN AND RETURN.

So create your own fm:

      SUBMIT (program_name) VIA SELECTION-SCREEN 
EXPORTING LIST TO MEMORY
AND RETURN.
 
    CALL FUNCTION 'LIST_FROM_MEMORY'
         TABLES
              LISTOBJECT = LISTE
         EXCEPTIONS
              NOT_FOUND  = 1
              OTHERS     = 2.
