    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi All, &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am having performance issue for this function-module(HR_TIM_REPORT_ABSENCE_DATA) . This function-module taking forever to read the data - about 3000 PERNR. is there any other function-module to read the absences data?       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HR absence data for employee stored in Infotype 2001. and the corresponding table for the same is &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PA2001. Just pass the employees(3000) and get the absence data.Moreover infotype PA0035 will provide leave reasons.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;sandeep&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
