Connection Refused error in MDM ABAP API.

Hi ,

In MDM ABAP API, when I am trying to execute MDM_ACCESSOR_CONNECT function module it's giving me exception "EX_KERNEL_EXCEPTION"

Message ID: 00

Message Number: 001

NiRaw2ConnectError: Connection Refused.

I have done all the configurations in mdmapic transaction.

Can you please suggest any reason .

Hi Suchi,

2 possible reasons for the error 'Connection Refused'.

1. Either the Userid / Password combination entered is incorrect. (Verify the Data Type of the Userid/Password fields as SAP converts it to UPPERCASE)

2. You need to add the IP of the source system in the destination systems firewall to gain access.

Your BASIS Team should help you in getting access.

If you are using RFC Destination, Pls check SM58 transction for log.
