Service entry sheet workflow

Hi Team ,

I am new to workflow development . As per my requirement , when we create the ses from SRM 7.0, workflow has to triggered in ERP , and pass the approval process. In ERP release startergy is configured.

Steps:

1) I have used BUS2091 business object , triggered the wf wen ses is created ( used create Event )

2) Based on the company code and SES total values there are two levels of approval processs we have.

3) If comapny code = X, it should check the Head of the dept ( usedr gets) gets the work item for approval , If he display the ses and approves ses .Then it reaches the second level approval( final approval ) . In this phase , if display the doc and approves ses here ses s hould be released .

Please guide me how tp start template and development.

Service entry sheet workflow scenario is a very common scenario in SAP . Refer to the document attached here for the standard workflows templates SAP provides If some customizing is needed You can always copy these standard templates to z and create new one

Service entry sheet workflows are similar to PR workflows.

I see there's a standard workflow template 20000383.
