Issue with routine(VOFM)

Hello Experts,

I am writing a routine for pricing.

I need to calculate value for Z-condition type using that routine.

I am writing routine in:

requirement-pricing-902.

Now interesting thing is when i debug i can find all the values that i require in global structure TKOMV.

but whenever i use this structure in routine it throws me error that TKOMV is not defined.

there are many other structure like komp etc which i can use without error, but why it is throwing me error with TKOMV even if it is there.

Help will be really appreciated.

Look at how this is handled in the VOFM routine that 902 was copied from, and model your code on that.

checked out standard routines

no one uses TKOMV.

Perhaps I misunderstood the post, but I always copied my routine in VOFM by keying my new number, 902, over an existing routine that somewhat similar to what I wanted to do and then changing the code in the customer version to do what I needed. In those I always saw the use of structure KOMP, particularly for the item/posnr that you are currently working with, or is currently selected by the user. A review of these routines was my source for finding what was generally available to me inside the routine. So, sorry about the reference to using VOFM, etc. Obviously, you're doing something differently and the 390 columns in KOMP aren't going to satisfy your needs.

Please check KOMV is available directly..no need to use TKOMV and all.

yes,

KOMV is available but it is blank.

it never has data.

there is also PKOMV and TKOMV ,

but only in TKOMV data is present.

Ya,

I got what you were saying,

but my requirement is to calculate(change) value of pricing condition type.(Z condition type)

there is no standard routine in requirement pricing which use TKOMV structure so i can not copy data.

and I have done similar thing for my different client where it worked fine.

only difference was the routine no there was 602 and here i am writing 902.

does it make any difference??

i dont think so. but if it is, please let me know what problem might be.

Solved

Directly activate without checking it will not throw error.
