Hi,

May i know regarding the condition record, if the dispatch time was set to 4 (send

immediately when saving the application), what does it actually mean? Does it mean

that the outbound idoc will be sent out immediately upon you save the document?

So, the outbound idoc will only be triggered when you save the sales order?

I have an inbound order-change idoc, if there is any input error, a workflow will be

triggered. According to our system analyst, an outbound order response will also be

sent out to the customer to inform them about the errors. But, i was not able to trace

the outbound record. In WE02, when i tried to search for the outbound idocs

generated on the day i processed the inbound order change, no record was found.

May i know how is it possible for me to debug the program in order to find out the

possible reason of not triggering the outbond order response? Thanks!

> May i know regarding the condition record, if the dispatch time was set to 4 (send

> immediately when saving the application), what does it actually mean? Does it mean

> that the outbound idoc will be sent out immediately upon you save the document?

The IDoc will be generated immediately. Whether it will be sent is controlled in the partner profile. There is a checkbox "transfer immediately".

> I have an inbound order-change idoc, if there is any input error, a workflow will be

> triggered. According to our system analyst, an outbound order response will also be

> sent out to the customer to inform them about the errors.

Not sure I understand what you mean by "outbound order response". If there is an error then order cannot be updated, so no "order response" is possible. There could be some kind of a feedback set up to let the sending party know that IDoc did not post or there could be email from workflow. It's not clear what kind of "response" are you using exactly.
