Populate selection screen input field based on input field

I want to populate selection screen input field based on user's input in other input fields. I had gone through most of the threads but couldn't find appropriate solution.

The requirement is something like this:

When a user enters a plant and order type value, it should auto populate a custom field on the screen based on certain criteria.

The field to be populated has no f4 help and should be filled automatically after the input is entered on the two input fields.

For the field to get populated, user doesn't have to press enter after entering the data on the input fields[plant/order type]. The field to be populated should auto display the value based on certain criteria.
