SQ01 Automatic extraction

Hello !

I would like to extract tables from the transaction SQ01 automatically and periodically (period of 1 hour).

Currently, I have to enter the SQ01 transaction and extract the table I want, then I export it to Excel and display it on a screen from a derived PPT file. It takes some time, so I can only do it one time a day.

Now I would like to make the extraction and the Excel exportation automatic and periodic, so the displayed data is concrete.

I've seen that I have to use the SM36 or SE38 transaction to make a loop with an ABAP program execution. In this ABAP program I would have to instruct the extraction of the table I want, but I don't know at all how could I write it.

There are softwares who can do that instead of programming by myself, but it's quite expensive.

Have some of you already tried the ABAP way ? How could I do that ?

Sounds like you need to hire a programmer.
