Problem in t-code phap_change(HR Issue)

hello experts,

I am facing problem in T-code PHAP_CHANGE.

while running t-code from PHAP_CHANGE in R/3 everything is fine.

but while running the same from portal then the size of fields from phap_change for example marks obtained box

is displayed in big size in portal.

how this issue can be resolved?

Is there any setting in t-code PHAP_CATALOG.

if so then kindly guide?

This needs to be configured on Portal using iview.

There are standard iviews for appraisal. Ask you portal consultant to resolve.

Thanks, But is there ayn relation with T-Code PHAP_CATALOG

I mean there is some configuration part in this t-code.

Can we make some settings there to resolve this problem?
