    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;When creating the package, transport layer has to be provided. In your case there might be different transport layers for each package that may be the reason for the error. To check trnsport layer : Goto SE80 --&amp;gt;Give the package name --&amp;gt; At the bottom of the screen under "Transport Attributes" you can see this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try to change give one for both the packages then try saving.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a scenario which looks like the image below&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SUPER_PACKAGE&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;|====&amp;gt;  PACKAGE_1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;|_______               |==&amp;gt; CLASS_11&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;|====&amp;gt;  PACKAGE_2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;_______                |==&amp;gt;   CLASS_21&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;_______                |==&amp;gt;   REPORT_21&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i am getting this error&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(E) Objects of package "PACKAGE_2" must not use object "CLAS CLASS_11" with any of the usage types "useObjectOrType".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using the class CLASS_11 in CLASS_21 as well as the report REPORT_21.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone suggest why i am getting this error and how to solve this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am getting thie error while activating the report REPORT_21&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*I have included the underscores in the package to improve the readability&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;--&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks and Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Vinay Bedre&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
