alv reports menu

hi i develop a report and i used the call function reuse_alv_grid_dispaly and i created my own menu with se41 ..

now my doubt is in my output the actual sap menu will get disabled now i want my menu and sap menu both are in active please give me the suggestion

Copy the Pf status STANDARD of program SAPLKKBL to the user defined Pf status of your custome current program

Now the buttons can be added to the custom pf status.

Hi,

Take a copy of standard Status and place it in 'Z' name.

Copy the standard Status and place it in SET PF-STATUS 'ZSTANDARD'.

Place ths status in Form and endform like below code.

FORM SET_PF_STATUS USING STATUS.

SET PF-STATUS 'STATUS'.

ENDFORM.

Pass the form name in your function module then only icons maintained in the status are visible .

I_CALLBACK_PF_STATUS_SET = 'SET_PF_STATUS' . "Here SET_PF_STATUS is the name of the form. Keep your

form having both standard menu and customized menu.

hi aditya

i do the same process as above but in my output sap standard menu will be getting deactivated i want to be activate that menu also

Hi Naviedukulla,

Do like this.

go to se80--~~->fun.group->type SALV~~--

>click on display

there you can find GUI status.

in GuI status~~>standard~~

>right click----->copy

here u can give your program name and your status name.

through this standard tool bar copied into ur program.

without deleting the standard tool bar options, you can include your buttons.

in ur program.

FORM SET_PF_STATUS USING rt_extab TYPE slis_t_extab.

SET PF-STATUS 'ZSTANDARD'.

in alv

CALL FUNCTION 'REUSE_ALV_GRID_DISPLAY'
   EXPORTING
     I_CALLBACK_PROGRAM                = gd_repid
    I_CALLBACK_PF_STATUS_SET          = 'SET_PF_STATUS'

Hi,

When you are taking copy of standard SAPLKKBL program keep target program as your program name and a status name as 'Z' status. Use this Z status in your program name in FORM and ENDFORM. Pass the Form name in Function module.

For me this is working fine.Go through the steps which i mentioned above.

Hi,

Go to transaction se80 -> Funcion Group 'SALV' under this there is node 'GUI STATUS' -> under this we are having two status will be there right click and copy 'STANDARD' one , in that from to options are here.. In to option Give your program name and GUI Status Name as you wish.

Then go to your program, You mention form PFSTATUS option in function module. Then in that form write Set PF-STATUS 'Your PF Status Name given while copiying'.

then endform. Double click on that PF Status Name and it will navigate to se41 transaction where you can customize the menus and toolbars. Save nd Activate them.

Then it will get activated.
