Missing reactivate CUA

Hi All,

Previously due to the wrong client copy I manage to deactivate the CUA by following this guide:

Currently my system was solman 7.1

After deactivate the CUA I was forgot and change some parameters then restart the instance.

After restart, logon back to the system, goto SCUA and then the reactivate menu become washout which is I cant execute reactivate anymore.

Try to recreate the CUA not possible.

If there any guide or same experience regarding this will much be appreciated.

Hi,

Did you meant you temporarily deactivated CUA in SCUA and now the reactivate option is greyed off.Remember tis action is to be done only at the CUA Master system.

Quick thing to check if Child CUA is disjoint from Master CUA run tcode SU01. You will only see change and Lock icons on the top.If the answer is no execute SAP program RSDELCUA and delete the child system after unchecking the test check box and click on execute.

If the above answer is yes execute SAP Program RSDELCUA and choose the invlaid content in CUA Tables radio button and uncheck the Test checkbox and execute.

Then go to CUA Master and run RSDELCUA and remove the required child system. Once done run SCUA and add the child system once again.Once it is saved your SU01 icons would be vanished except change and lock which means its activated back in CUA. Then you do a SCUG and SCUL to migrate users and company address.
