raeding memory area smem

Hi ,

i would like to read the memory area SMEM - containing the user parameters - in ABAP .

It is done by the debugger , the debugger program SAPMSSY3 access screen 134 which displays the memory areas but the modules in this screen are not accessable .

Is there a way to read SAP system memory areas in ABAP code , and the SMEM memory area in particular .

U can read the contents of System Memory but its difficult to decrypt the contents during debugging.

But the same can be decoded and retrieved using GET PARAMETER statement.

The end purpose is to read all the user set parameters - this information is available at the memory .

It can not be done using the get parameter - the parameters names are unknown .

Searching through all the tpara values is too expensive .
