QUERY PNPCE Modify the Customing Fields Logic

Hi Experts
I am now making changes to an existing query.
This query use the HR LDB PNPCE, there are some customing fields but I cannot find out the coding which related to these fields.

For example field SYHR_A_P9020_AF_ZAPR_A , I cannot find it's coding infomation .

But I do find there are some additional coding in the query report .

So my question is how can I find the change point of these customing fields.

After keeping research, I have found that for HR query report, there is SPRO configuration .
