Retrieving archiving data

Hi,

I need to retrieve some data from the archiving. The object is MM_MATBEL. I don't know if there are a TR or program to reload that data.

I hope someone can help me

Hello Laura,

I which version of SAP are you currently on?

If you are on 4.7 Ver then have a look at the standard program RGUGLFUNCA (FI_SL_DATA).

In SAP's 3.1 and 4.5 Version the starting point for Informing the SAP that you are planning to Access Archived data is through making an entry into Table DTINP.

I noticed that in 4.7 the standard INCLUDES take care of this entry to table DTINP.

Hello Laura,

Report RGUGLFUNCA (FI_SL_DATA) exists on 4.6B. This report fetches data from Online Databases as well as the data from Archived files.

In the 4.6 and 4.7 SAP has Combined all the FM that were earlier used by the Developer in INCLUDES in order to develop this Functionality.

But this report si for FI. And I want to reload data from MM_MATBEL (archives) to the data base
