      <title>SHPMNT vs. SHIPMENT_CREATEFROMDATA</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SAP has IDoc message types &lt;STRONG&gt;SHPMNT&lt;/STRONG&gt; and &lt;STRONG&gt;SHIPMENT_CREATEFROMDATA&lt;/STRONG&gt;.  They both can be used for receiving inbound files to create IDocs that generate shipments.  My questions are as follows.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;  1.  What are the differences between the two message types?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;  2.
