Delete a dependent work item

Hi experts,

How to delete a dependent work item shown in transaction SBWP?

I tried function module SWW_WI_ADMIN_CANCEL. But it can not delete dependent work items.

Is there any other function module or procedure to delete dependent work item.

I also tried the report RSWWWIDE. But this is also not working.

Hello,

If you want to delete the Work Item manually, you can pick up the Work Item (Root Workflow ID) and go to SWI1, Edit -> Change and Logically Delete the Workflow which will Cancel the entire Workflow.

If you want to do it programatically, then you can search for the FMs SWWSTATUS in SE37 to change the Status of the Work Item to LOGICALLY DELETED / CANCELLED.
