USER EXIT:Purchase order services

In the user-exit: EXIT_SAPLMLSP_030 which is used for the services in PO has only structure srv_esll.In this user-exit I want the PO item .Please suggest me how to get the PO item details in this userexit.

I think that there is nothing standard for defaulting these values in PM.

I'd use the user-exit EXIT_SAPLMLSP_030 (SRVESLL: Service line checks) with a silly code like

SRV_ESLL-uebtk = 'X'.

SERV_ESLL- PRS_CHG = 'X'

Hi,

You shall not get the PO Items directly in this user exit. You need to implement an additional enhancement or BADI say ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST.

And in this enhancement you will have to export the PO details to memory ID. Import the PO details in this user exit from memory ID to get the required PO line items.

Danish,

I used the ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST BADI but here i get the structure of last line item of the PO in Process_item from get_data(). But i need the line item of PO item which is selected for the services.

How to get the selected line item of PO using this BADI?or any other solution?

Hi Naveen,

For every line item in PO, based on PO Number and Line item, read the data from ESSR table. If records are present, then service is applicable for that line item.

Dear Danish,

This is while PO creation hence there wont be any PO number.

My scenario is this:While PO creation , I enter 10 items and for each item selected I will be entering the services and while doing this i select from item drop down.This BAdi will not get called and when it gets called first time it gives the last line item but not the selected item for service.
