ME21N avoid tax code control

Hi, i'm need to remove the control on the field Tax Code (MEPO1317-MWSKZ); y need to set this field optional for some company codes and document class; y was thinking in implement the badi ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST possibly the method FIELDSELECTION_ITEM_REFKEYS to set a new custom template with this field chequed as optional...is this posible?

I find the next enhancement point in the include LMEPOF2S.

ENHANCEMENT-POINT FIELD_SELECTION_2_01 SPOTS ES_SAPLMEPO.

In this point set the field ls_local_key0 with a custom template.
