    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you perform an OSS search for your system (version, Unicode, etc.) Usually this message &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- comes form a bug (have you upgraded recently, so performing some performance checks..) (*)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- have you correct authority to manage such files&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- have you enough free space on the system to store such files (perform some cleanup or ask for more to basis/infrastructure team)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Raymond&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(*) look via AL11 and from system related tool if file data begin with "ATRAFILE"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;   when i am executing se30 for a program under se38. i am getting an error message as "File E:\usr\sap\GE6\DVEBMGS04\data\AT040001.DAT is not a performance data file". Please provide me a solution regarding this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
