Some time (once in 2 weeks or so) what happens is we get ticket from users saying that they got approval emails for a actions stating that action has been successful but when they go in system and check the infotype, no updates have been made. I checked the workflow logs in SAP and there are no errors thrown by workflow. It shows all steps were completed successfully including save to database.
